Visit Lahemaa Content Usage Guidelines<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1. If possible, the user of the photos\/videos must credit the author. The author’s
name is in the file.
2. Crediting the tourism service or product provider is recommended.
3. Users of the photo\/video bank are granted the following proprietary rights to the works:
3.1 to reproduce in publications and visual designs;
3.2 to distribute;
3.3 to make publicly available in publications, print, moving and outdoor advertisements,
presentations, websites, social media, blogs, and other electronic channels;
3.4 to transmit on television and radio;
3.5 to retransmit in cable networks;
3.6 to translate and add subtitles;
3.7 to make adaptations and arrangements.
3.8 to publicly present;
3.9 to exhibit.
4. The works may be used for the following purposes and in the following ways:
– For marketing Lahemaa as a tourist destination
– By tourism businesses and organizations for service marketing and sales.
5. The music used in the video may only be used by the buyer in conjunction with the video in its existing
form. Any other use of the music is not permitted.
6. The works must not be used for purposes inconsistent with clauses 4-5 of this agreement.
7. It is prohibited to use the works in a manner or context that:
7.1 violates Estonian or international laws;
7.2 is inappropriate, malicious, indecent, defamatory, racist, violent, offensive, harassing, or is
otherwise contrary to public order or good morals, or does not meet general good taste;
7.3 may harm the seller’s reputation;
7.4 disparages Estonian companies, society, products, or services;
7.5 harms the rights of individuals depicted in the works and other data subjects.
8. The works were created within the framework of the project “Creation of a Comprehensive Tourism Management Solution for Lahemaa,” implemented in cooperation between NGO \u00d6kokuller and Lahemaa Tourism Association from 2021-
2023.
The project aimed to extend the visiting season in Lahemaa, support the popularization of sustainable and
alternative modes of transport locally, and facilitate authentic local services.
